Kumsi, Shimoga, June 21, 2019: The Shimoga Multipurpose Social Service Society under Misereor Project entitled Empowerment of Socio-Economically Poor and Disadvantaged Women in Karnataka conducted training on self awareness and conflict management for members of Streebandhu Federation, Kumsi on 21 June 2019. The trainees were made to understand the importance of self awareness, conflict management and the steps to be followed to resolve the conflict. There were 20 participants. Mrs Sylvia Correa, the Coordinator from SMSSS was the resource person. Mrs. Savitha M., the animator for the area organized the training programme.

Harnahalli, Shimoga, June 20, 2019: The Shimoga Multipurpose Social Service Society under Misereor Project entitled Empowerment of Socio-Economically Poor and Disadvantaged Women in Karnataka organized training on self awareness and conflict resolution for members of Streebandhu federation, Harnahalli and members of Self Help Groups, Harnahalli in Shimoga Taluk on 20 June 2019. The resource person for the day Mrs Sylvia spoke on the importance of self awareness and the advantages of self analysis as well as different ways of dealing with conflicts, classification of conflicts and steps to resolve them. There were 33 participants. SMSSS animator for the area Mrs Kavitha organized the training programme.
