Hosagoddanakoppa, Shikaripura, June 24, 2019: An awareness programme on various government schemes was organized for the SHG members of Hosagoddanakoppa area on 24 June 2019 on various Government Schemes. 22 women benefited from the programme. Mrs Gayathri, the animator for the area explained about the subsidy available from Devaraj Urs Backward Classes Development Corporation and Agriculture and Horticulture Department and also about ATMA scheme. The beneficiaries have decided to approach the concerned departments to avail the possible subsidy.
After the awareness programme the members celebrated Environment Day by planting a sapling. All the members of the Federation decided to request the Grama Panchayat to provide them plants for free and plant and take care of the plants.
